Warranty terms:

All our products are covered by a three-year warranty. The warranty is applicable as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect, and not due to misuse of the product.

Right of withdrawal:

The customer has the right to exercise their right of withdrawal, making a return without justifying their decision, within 14 calendar days of purchase.


Information on the condition of the product:

  • The item must not have been used.
  • The item must be returned complete and undamaged, in the same condition as it was received.
  • The item must have all marking labels intact.


Information on the return packaging:

It must include the original packaging or, failing that, packaging that guarantees the protection of the product during transport.

Information on return costs:

The return costs will be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

  • Return costs for Spain (Peninsula):
  • For purchases under 50€: The amount will be equal to the shipping costs.
  • For purchases over 50€: The amount will be 4.99€.
  • Return costs for other areas and countries:
  • For purchases under 100€: The amount will be equal to the shipping costs.

Refund information:

Once we have received the product and checked that it is unused and undamaged, the refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer chose when placing the order within a maximum period of 14 days.


Return due to an error in the shipment of the order:

In the event that the product sent does not correspond to the one the customer has ordered or any of the products are missing, TEXTIL HOGARQUIVIR will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one.

The customer must notify the incident within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the package, by sending an email to: contacto@sunandsurf.es
