Transport rates

The prices stipulated in this table are defined according to the shipping address provided by the customer. Shipping prices are not subject to discounts or promotions offered by the website.

The shipping price is reflected in the purchase before realise the payment, when defining the shipping address. The transport price is established according to the cost of the order:

Returns

You have 14 days since the reception of the order to return the product. Also, the 14 is not showing up correctly. To do so, you should send us an email to commandes@sunandsurf.es telling us the reason of the return.

If the return is because we have made a mistake, you should send us the product to our offices. Once we receive the product and verify you are right we will send you the right product immediately. Obviously Sunandsurf will take care of the shipping costs.

If you simply don´t like the product we will refund you the amount you have previously paid and we will transfer the amount of the shipping costs into your bank account.

If you want to change it for another product we will take care of the shipping costs of the first.

Warranty

Our products have one year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you identify a warranty defect you should send us an email to commandes@sunandsurf.es telling us the details of the claim and send us the item to the address we will specify. We will keep you posted about the status of your claim at all times.
